Why Patient & Medication Safety is important?

Ensuring safety andwellbeing of patients in hospitals and other healthcare facilities is acornerstone of our existence and a key responsivity. Thechallenge for health care organizations is to foster a culture of safety and tocontinually identify opportunities to improve and assure the safety of patientsbeing treated at health care facilities. This symposium has been designed toenhance the level of patient safety awareness among the healthcareprofessionals and to ensure a safe environment for high quality patient care.
